EXCLUSIVE: Mostly filled mail-in ballots are being sent to Philadelphia residents with the Philly Mayor's endorsement (and presumably many others in Pennsylvania).

However, at least a portion are being sent to addresses where they no longer live (the follower who sent this told me that the person hasn't lived there in years).

There is a box that you can check off if you don't have a driver's license, ID card, or social security number (who wouldn't have at least one unless they're an illegal?).

Another box allows you to check off if you want to receive such mail-in ballot applications every year.

Meaning that anyone can take this mail-in ballot which is for someone else, fill out the remaining info fraudulently, check off that they have no ID, AND also check off the request to get this sent to them every year.

And @PhillyMayor fully endorses this while claiming that "the future of democracy is on the ballot," and that it "will either safeguard our rights, or turn back the clock on progress."

The Voter Project, which funds this initiative, sends such applications across Pennsylvania.
