@ChiStyleGaming absolutely LOVE this card and play it a TON but people out here saying they auto win when they untap 🤨 i must be playing it wrong cause where are all my wins at 😭 powerful effect though and it’s go crazy in my ramos storm deck and probably be an auto win

Crypt banned so vault skyrocketed. and now that WOTC gained control, crypt and lotus are rising (investors & people thinking theyre getting ahead) but still the process of these bans seemed unfortunate

@RoundtableSer @TolarianCollege @commandcast @JoshLeeKwai @jfwong @wachelreeks i agree they piled heavy on the RC but the process could have been a lot better. i dont care for the bans at all and had no impact but easing into it with dockside and nadu out followed by lotus and then crypt seems like an effective measure while getting the point across

@DiegoKermit @StarCityGames hm yeah i’m backed to being stumped lol it’s just so good. the only good offense is that our playgroup will heavily target the advantage and recognize that they are advancing their plan. if we can’t remove it, there’s always the player. thanks but is 3.5 an option 😂

@a_fish_ionado @ForCommander themed tutors always are fun to see in action. i don’t mind them at all if they’re on theme and acting as a synergy piece to a casual deck!

@ForCommander tutors scale with a decks power level but regardless, it’s the most powerful thing you can do and in a casual setting, isn’t the point to avoid those types of effects? i don’t mind them at all but i’ve noticed myself moving away from them outside of obscure/themed tutors

@HectorH54800055 @StarCityGames i think the whole tier defining is not saying if you have one of these cards your deck is tier 4 but instead only if your deck consists of multiple tier 4 cards. but tutoring in general is a powerful effect so even in a casual setting it’ll always be the strongest card

@StarCityGames i wanna put study 4 but i’m stumped. POWERFUL effect but the draw is not guaranteed. i’ve seen full rotations where the tax was paid. paying the 1 is easy but does slow down the game, which seems like a tier 3 effect. i would say mystic remora is an easy tier 4 over study
