Dave Leshtz wrote about the Bohannan campaign's strategy to "break the bank" in Johnson County and hold down GOP margins in the rest of #IA01.

Trump has now reaffirmed his plan to eliminate the U.S. Department of Education. For the record that department funds, among other things, all the special education and special needs program in public schools and public colleges in all 50 states.
Trump advisor Jason Miller stated that Trump supports allowing states to "monitor" women's pregnancies to track whether they have obtained an abortion.
Trump ran his own version of Democrats’ old “it’s the economy, stupid” campaign, and somehow Democrats are now wondering how he won.
HE RAN THE CAMPAIGN YOU FOOLS USED TO RUN, but are now too donor-loyal to even know how to do. https://t.co/ixOhZauyse

"It's time for the Democrats to take a good, long hard look at how this happened, and if they just say 'Trump bad, Democrats virtuous' they're gonna keep losing. This is not about just Trump; this is about the Democrats and being radically disconnected from rest of the country." @joenbc

Pete is such a great communicator. I wonder if he should go into media.
Trump is an example of how media can drive a message. Pete could lay out the issues and fight back against the nonsense the other side spews.
PS I would vote 100% vote for Pete.
I think Pete Buttigieg could save the Democratic Party and win the presidency in 4 years if he continues to debate in his is clear and level-headed way, and becomes straight and more racist
Really not trying to stoke conspiracy, but is it really feasible that Dem enthusiasm at near Obama levels, an insurrection, the fall of Roe, Trump’s SCOTUS immunity deal, and Project 2025–really yielded 15 million fewer Blue voters?
Help it make sense.
