BREAKING: Labour's landmark Employment Rights Bill has PASSED both Houses of Parliament.

The new rights in this Bill will be transformational, putting power back into the hands of working people.

This is a massive step forward in delivering Labour's New Deal for Working People - passed by a Labour Government, delivered with the labour movement.

Even at this late stage, opposition Lords are STILL voting to water down key measures in the Employment Rights Bill - risking delaying key new rights like access to Statutory Sick Pay from Day One.

It can't go on like this. The Lords must get out of the way and let the Bill pass, so we can deliver the new rights working people desperately need.
