That's why we're proud to launch our new #SupportingHerTogether campaign, to raise awareness of the impact of menstrual and reproductive health at work and how we can build stronger, healthier workplaces.

60 years on we remember the victims of the Aberfan disaster, and the families and communities impacted forever by that tragic day.

Cofiwch Aberfan

[Stephen Kinnock @SKinnock]

Today marks 60 years since the Aberfan Disaster, one of the darkest days in our history.

The tragedy, which cut short so many lives, remains etched in the memory of our nation. We remember the 144 who died and pay tribute to a community of such strength and resilience.

🎥 What could Heathrow expansion mean for British steelmaking? Last week, @HeathrowAirport and 7 Steel UK signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Cardiff, reaffirming our commitment to procuring domestically and providing greater confidence to invest in UK steelmaking.

With expansion potentially requiring up to 400,000 tonnes of #steel, the opportunity could support reindustrialisation and skilled jobs in steelmaking communities across the country – including South Wales, Lincolnshire, Yorkshire and the North East.

Hear from Thomas Woldbye, Carles Rovira, Jon Harrison, Liz Maher OBE and Paul McKenna on why this matters, as we marked the signing alongside @CommunityUnion, @cw_seswm, #Cardiff City Council and @UKSteel__.

On National Nursery Practitioner Day, let’s celebrate our early years workers and recognise the hard work they put into educating the next generation, but let us also remember that this appreciation must go beyond words.

By organising in workplaces across the UK we can fight for better pay and working conditions, ensuring every worker feels happy and secure in their role.
