.. his immediate manager citing he did not have their contact number! Tried calling @drmdnr & Adrm DND as last resort but the call was not picked! Such an awful and unsafe experience! @PMOIndia @ECRlyHJP

@drmdnr @AshwiniVaishnaw While the display temperature shows 19.9 compartment temp was 22. Now they have put for manual cooling.

@AshwiniVaishnaw I don’t know why did I pay money to travel in 12310 when I have to call everyone to get the temperatures adjusted to a suitable one. None of the staff has been able to do anything except fooling customer! @drmdnr very disappointing
