Last night, The group enjoyed a workout hosted by Rich, who's leading the programme, followed by a nutrition seminar from Community Development Manager Aron.

Last night, @puregym Bishop's Court were the hosts for the second week of the @communitychiefs Move Like a Chief programme.

The group was split into two, and either took part in a tough circuit session or a spin class 🏋🏼‍♂️🚴🏼‍♀️
