The @CommunityChiefs Move Like a Chief programme continues - albeit virtually!
Last night, The group enjoyed a workout hosted by Rich, who's leading the programme, followed by a nutrition seminar from Community Development Manager Aron.

Those involved in the programme could take part in a workout with personal trainer Estin from @PureGym Exeter Bishops Court

Last night the participants enjoyed an evening at @ClipnClimbEx, working hard to reach the top of the climbing walls, with some interesting dismounts and lots of laughs!

💪🏼 Move Like a Chief - Week 2️⃣
Last night, @puregym Bishop's Court were the hosts for the second week of the @communitychiefs Move Like a Chief programme.
The group was split into two, and either took part in a tough circuit session or a spin class 🏋🏼♂️🚴🏼♀️
The Exeter Chiefs Community will be holding Train Like a Chief camps across the South West this Easter holiday, starting on Monday, 30 March at @ExeterAthletic1

The first session took place at Cranbrook Education Campus, with participants undertaking games-led activities which were hard work but lots of fun!
