This weeks game of choice was snakes and ladders which was great fun! We also started loads of new crafts projects which will continue next week.

We would like to wish everyone a very merry Christmas! It's that time of the year again where families come together and celebrate over an amazing dinner, but it's important to remember to spread some joy to the people who may be forgotten at this time of the year.
Our last session here at Community flow until the new year, starting some new projects and finishing off some previous projects which we will be ready to show in the new year!
This week we've been painting christmas decorations. Micheal and Philip have been deco patching some stocking decorations and Steven and Mark have been painting some bell decorations and started on our Community Flow advent calendar.
This week we stuck the heating on high and enjoyed a great day regardless of the weather! We had a lot of new projects, Steven built a small car made from plastic and corks, while Philip and Michael started new stitch projects which will later on be turned into cushions.
Today Liberty House was with the Department of Work and Pensions for their Job Fair. It was a chance for Liberty House and Community Flow to share the work we’re doing, but also for us to open our doors to new staff and new opportunities within Health and Social Care.
4/4 - I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused but we look forward to seeing everyone next year. The date for 2020 has not yet been finalised, however we will endeavour to release this by the end of 2019.
1/4 - **Summer Festival Announcement**
Community Flow has grown from strength to strength over previous years. It is with a heavy heart that we must inform everyone that we will not be holding an event this year.
3/4 - We have therefore taken the decision to take this year out and come back bigger and better in 2020. Hopefully encompassing the launch of an exciting new project we have in the pipeline.
50% of mental health problems are established by the age of 14 and 75% by the age of 24. The Mental Health Foundation is providing tools to help individuals comfortably discuss mental health.

The weather didn't stop our service users from wanting to go out, so this week we prepared our vegetable plots ready for new vegetables to be planted! #community#communityflow
