The new CompAir 6.2 shares some similarities with its bigger brother, the CompAir 9. Both large composite aircraft with ample room to stretch out inside. The major difference, other than size, is the 300-350hp piston powerplant in the CA6.2, vs the 1000hp turbine in the CA9.

Now we offer a wide range of floats for aircraft from 500 lbs to 7000 lbs.

Today we are working on a full carbon fuselage for the Comp Air 6.2. The use of carbonfiber as an optional material will make the fuselage stronger than the mixed fiberglass/carbon version, and about 10% lighter.
