Weak and Undersized.
It's a damn shame.
Players
You can't gain weight because you're not eating enough calories, and you're not lifting hard enough.
It's as simple as that.
6000 calories per day should be the goal.
Yes, 6000 calories.
Schools are not recruiting undersized weak kids.
Stop with the excuses and get to work.
Being undersized (nothing to do with your height) and weak, advertises loud and clear, you're lazy and the game of baseball doesn't mean a lot to you.
