We have lead a UK-based client through Enterprise Risk Mgmt (ERM) & building risk registers. Having dealt with the pandemic, Brexit + regular risks has been challenging. ERM committee hasn't yet kicked off, but they are finding great value in having all key risks in one place.

In hearing from Stacy Scott of @KrollWire today, (unsurprisingly) network intrusion attacks & success are way up with massive working from home. The most common ways in are "phishing" attacks and doing work on personal equip. Orgs must shore up their IT policies & instruction.
