@litlpinkpill I used to do 20k steps and 500 calories a day... It was fueled by compulsion

How do people lose weight healthily without spiraling into some sort of ed, that just doesn't feel possible

[⋮ ⌗ ┆ @compawsive]

@_Bnnuyonline A lot of things that say 0 calories aren't actually zero calories, the FDA allows them to say it's zero if it's less than 5 cals per serving, but there are still calories

[⋮ ⌗ ┆ @compawsive]

@_Bnnuyonline They aren't actually zero calories I'm so fucking sorry

@petrotting Yes I see a difference! Amazing progress you should be proud.

if anyone is pro-ana or fans of that presley girl on tiktok, unfollow & block me ! i’m very pro-recov & i don’t agree with teaching anyone (especially a very young & impressionable fan base) how to starve or become addicted to lax.

I think I'm gonna try (emphasis on try) not to count cals for a week. I feel like, ironically, I might eat more when I count cals and have a limit versus when I don't know calories, because I try to fit stuff into a limit vs. Just avoiding eating because of not knowing cals

[⋮ ⌗ ┆ @compawsive]

I might stop counting calories... It's so tempting.

2. Extreme hunger is real, and it’s not “fake” hunger.

If you feel like you can’t stop eating, it’s because your body is desperately trying to heal. Ignoring it only prolongs recovery. You can’t “overshoot” what your body needs—it will take exactly what it requires.
