If you cheat a workout, you’re only cheating yourself. If you take shortcuts, you’ll pay the consequences eventually. But if you respect your craft and do things the right way, even when no one is watching, you’ll be rewarded with great results.
🚨Pre Shot Movement🚨
🔑 move the puck
🔑 shift your weight
🔑 C-cut
The C-cut brings the puck away from the attacker’s stick. Both moving the puck and shifting your weight makes the movement more effective!

Creating Space 101 👨🏫
-Outside edge shave with an inside edge “C” cut
While performing this movement, the puck should be on your backhand while shaving ice - forehand when you’re escaping with crossovers.
Make the attacker think that you’re just simply picking up the puck - besides being efficient on both edges, you really have to focus on your eyes, skates, and stick in order to create the most time and space. 🧠#NextLevelPlayers#Outthink
Check out the shoulder check before the toe drag. Elite players look first, than decide what to do. If you don’t look, you’re going to get blown up. Think of it as if you were about to switch lanes and on the highway. #HockeyTwitter
