At the conclusion of Season 2, 100 eligible wallets will receive USDC:

🎯 What’s New in Season 2

Season 2 introduces multiple ways points are accumulated, while keeping the same core principles from Season 1.

1️⃣ Rolling Time-Weighted Holdings (21-Day Window)

Wallet balances are observed over a rolling 21-day period

Holding 1 token for the full 21 days = 1 base point

Balances held for fewer days are reflected proportionally

This replaces the 14-day window used in Season 1.

2️⃣ Holding Consistency Multiplier

Season 2 recognizes consistency without excluding participation.

Wallets with no token transfers out or sells during campaign window earn 3× points

Wallets with any transfer out or sell at any point during the campaign duration revert to 1× points for the duration of the campaign

Transfers or sells do not disqualify wallets - they only affect the multiplier

This allows everyone to remain eligible while differentiating consistency vs casual participation.

3️⃣ Token Activity Points

In addition to time-weighted holdings:

+1 bonus point for each token acquired
−1 point for each token sold

These points are tracked on-chain and applied alongside the rolling balance calculation.

4️⃣ Early Participation Multiplier

From the time of this announcement until the official start of Season 2:

Tokens acquired during this period earn 2× points

This multiplier applies only to tokens acquired before Season 2 begins and "early-bird" points will be removed upon any transfer out or sale of tokens.

The early participation multiplier expires when Season 2 officially starts on January 15 at 17:00 UTC.

🧮 How Points Are Used

Points determine relative representation in Season 2 outcomes

Points do not guarantee any specific result

Final selections and rewards (to be announced separately) will remain random. For each point a user holds they will receive one entry into the random draw. The same wallet is not eligible to win more than one of the prizes listed.

Your wallet must not appear on any sanctioned list
Wallets belonging to either @TheWhiteWhaleV2 , the @WhiteWhaleMeme treasury, staking or LP positions are not eligible. Official team members of @WhiteWhaleMeme are also not eligible.
This holder appreciation campaign is intended to reward real people, not protocols or bots.

🎯 How Winners Are Selected & Funds Distributed

Winners are chosen using a weighted random selection process based on total points at the end of the campaign window. 1 point = 1 entry into random draw for each of the prize categories.

Holding more does not guarantee selection - every qualifying holder has a chance.

Final outcomes are random.

The upcoming Season 2 leaderboard is a visibility tool only. It does not determine winners directly.

Once winners are selected, funds will automatically be distributed to their wallet address in the form of USDC.
