@askdyson Faulty V11 trigger, unit was replaced Jan 21 (told it was a 'known fault'). Failed again today, had to pay £80+ (spares not guaranteed??) Could buy a brand new budget vacuum cleaner for less, would probably have lasted for longer... Expected more from a 'premium' brand.

Mouthing is a natural way for puppies to explore the world, but as they grow it can feel like biting. When your puppy mouths, stay calm and do not react as they will see any kind of reaction from you as a reward. Try redirecting their attention to their favourite toy instead. 💙

@virginmedia please help! My poor old mum wants to cancel her Virgin mobile contract. She can’t remember password that she set up 15+ years ago and told by your CS dept that she can’t cancel contract without this, and will continue to be liable even if she cancels her DD.

@virginmedia We asked this on one of the (many) calls and was told there were no other options and there was nothing further they could do, her only option was to download the app (which she hasn’t been able to do). When she called yet again this morning she was told they couldn’t help her.
