@wesstreeting A very low and knowingly inaccurate tweet from you there Wes. You’d not accept such smears from the opposition so why are you indulging in it?
@ZiaYusufUK Reform won’t do squat. They’re years away from any power and have absolutely no grasp on the issues in the country preferring to point at brown people instead and blame them.
@cllr_thomas@torfaencouncil “For a council that claims to stand for community” I think you’ve answered your own faux outrage there Dave. Kirk was not part of the Torfaen community. Case closed.
Isn’t there a supermarket that you can go and pretend to open somewhere?
@Norms_Nonsense@triffic_stuff_ Nice try. Could you please highlight where my response incited violence or hate? Spoiler: you can’t. So it’s therefore not illegal regardless of my political opinions
@Bobstroudsnr@dr68074@PaulBlack2022 It’s really working all this reporting isn’t it Bob. Are you reporting to X? If so I don’t think they can hand out convictions for hate speech.
If you’re reporting to the police so quickly you’re doing really well
@LozzaFox You’ve learnt from your GB News sacking experience I see then Lozza and have stopped reducing women down to whether you’d shag them or not.
Btw she wouldn’t shag you so it’s not really a discussion
@Bobstroudsnr@PaulBlack2022 You’re nice aren’t you Bob. Anyone that disagrees with you or challenges you with fact you just call them names instead of engaging in debate
@ConstantinStHe1 Both examples you’ve given are deliberately vague to appear as though legal. In isolation neither are offences but clearly context plays a big part here in order to determine whether violence or hatred were being incited. You can’t evaluate a case in a tweet.
@triffic_stuff_@LozzaFox Don’t be fucking ridiculous. He’s saying that a simply offensive post is unlikely to get a conviction. That’s not the same as offensive posts that incite violence or hatred. If you can’t see the difference perhaps it’s best if you stop talking.
