UPDATE: Just got out of court in Miami. The Judge extended the temporary restraining order until May 11th. There will be a ruling then.

The court is now asking me to surrender my firearms. See documents below.

We are filing an emergency interlocutory appeal today.

Prior restraint against a newsroom is unconstitutional. Near v Minnesota. NYT v United States. This is a violation of our 1st and 2nd amendment rights. We are filing an anti-SLAAP, seeking attorneys fees and will appeal all the way, if necessary.

The TRO is also based upon third party’s comments, not our reporting. Thats a “hecklers veto,” where the government suppresses or restricts news reporting because of the reaction of an audience.

This is regarding our reporting on Matt Tyrmand. We published a tape of him threatening to kill me. He shot up an image of me on the front of my book with a rifle bullet through my heart. He bragged about being a SDNY informant. Comments were angry at him. He just brought a “domestic violence stalking” Restraining order afterwards in Miami family court against my news organization, and the local Judge signed off. This is an extraordinary series of events. This is not an April Fools joke.

Boston-Based US District Judge Brian Murphy Issues Broad Ruling That Effectively Renders Cabinet Secretaries Without Authority to Run Their Agency

FULL STATEMENT: Washington, D.C. — A ruling from District Judge Brian Murphy blocked HHS Secretary Kennedy (@SecKennedy) from appointing members of FACA boards, including the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP). The ruling in a lawsuit brought by the Big Pharma-backed American Academy of Pediatrics blocked Secretary Kennedy’s 13 appointees to ACIP just days before the March 18-19 committee meeting. The ruling also reinstated government protocols that recommend American children receive dozens of chemical-laden vaccines in the first months of their lives, rather than let parents and doctors decide.

“This ruling is judicial overreach to the extreme,” said Dr. Ryan Cole (@DoctorCole), Head of Medical & Scientific Affairs at the Independent Medical Alliance. “The law is absolutely clear that the Secretary has complete control over FACA board membership, and yet this partisan judge arbitrarily changed the rules without legal precedent.”

Federal Management Regulation (FMR), states specifically in 41 CFR § 102-3.130(a) – the regulation that implements the Federal Advisory Committee Act – "Unless otherwise provided by statute, Presidential directive, or other establishment authority, advisory committee members serve at the pleasure of the appointing or inviting authority." As the head of the agency, the HHS Secretary is the recognized “appointing authority.”

A recent national survey conducted by John Zogby Strategies found that 91% of likely voters agree that every individual has the right to informed consent for prescription medications, vaccinations, and all medical interventions. The finding represents one of the strongest supermajorities recorded on any health policy question in recent polling history.

“Using the judicial bench to deny parents and families informed choices and transparent medical consent is the utmost abuse of power,” added Dr. Ryan Cole, Head of Medical & Scientific Affairs at the Independent Medical Alliance. “This ruling will be swiftly overturned, and the American Academy of Pediatrics will be shown the door by the medical community.”

Dr Long (@LTCTheresaLong) sacrificed everything to put this information out. Notifying commanders, DHA, Congress, the media, and much more, all while being scorned and mocked by the military medical community publicly and privately on social media and in official correspondence, being given poor evaluations for it, and literally being ordered by her commander not to testify in a federal case (when the judge asked her why she informed him she was given a direct order).

She personally treated hundreds of troops with life altering heart conditions and many other maladies and exhausted her life’s savings to provide treatment outside the system to those who needed it.

Her professional and personal life collapsed, her health was greatly impacted, and even now she’s working furiously behind the scenes for HHS to investigate and document how much damage was done to the military.

Very Important Update

Some Taliban-friendly staffers at the Senate Foreign Relations Committee are quietly making changes to our legislation that is supposed to defund the Taliban.

The primary staffer involved is Thomas West, who lost his security clearance in August 2025. At President Trump’s direction, the Director of National Intelligence revoked his clearance for “politicization or weaponization of intelligence,” failure to safeguard classified information, and other “detrimental” conduct.

Before joining the Senate as a Democratic staffer, Thomas West served as the Biden administration’s Special Representative to Taliban-controlled Afghanistan, where he politicized intelligence, manipulated assessments, and whitewashed the Taliban.

Thomas West joined the Democratic staff of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee only one month before the House of Representatives passed our No Tax Dollars For Terrorists Act. The bill was referred to that very Committee on June 23, 2025, where Thomas West has since been allowed to block it from advancing to a full Senate vote and is editing the legislation.

The current edits include removing the two most important clauses:

1. Removing mandatory reporting to Congress on U.S. dollar and Afghani cash shipments that benefit the Taliban.

2. Removing mandatory reporting on NGOs that hire Taliban members, purchase goods and services from Taliban businesses, distribute aid to the Taliban fighters, whose NGO licenses were issued by the Taliban, and whose employees were vetted by the Taliban’s intelligence.

The No Tax Dollars For Terrorists Act is meaningless without these two clauses. If there is no obligation to report it, taxpayer money will continue flowing to the Taliban.

Thomas West is deliberately creating loopholes. He does not want to defund the Taliban. He openly advocates for increased U.S. government engagement with the Taliban. He has called them technocrats, sincere, and professionals. He continues treating the Taliban as a legitimate counterterrorism partner of the United States. Thomas West still maintains communications with senior Taliban and Haqqani Network members even though he is no longer the U.S. Representative to Taliban-controlled Afghanistan.

Thomas West is a Democratic staffer but the Foreign Relations Committee is Republican-controlled and led by Chairman James Risch of Idaho. This should not be tolerated. The Taliban is a terrorist group.

Thomas West cannot be allowed to edit a bill intended to Defund the Taliban. Personally, I believe he should not even be near the Senate building or sensitive information after his security clearance was revoked.
