We are incredibly proud of Dr Adrian Thorp, our Clinical Director, who has been awarded a Fellowship by the Faculty of Dental Surgery Board at the Royal College of Surgeons of England, for services to Dentistry and the College.
The Fellowship of Dental Surgery is the highest accolade that the Royal College of Dental Surgery can award to the profession.
Adrian was honoured to receive the award: "What makes this more agreeable is that it was awarded by my peers due to my services to Dental Education and the Royal College. Education is something that I have always deemed as a fundamental right for all, which something that I have translated into my dental career improving dental education for all parts of the team. In my new role as Clinical Director for CDS, education for all members of the team is something I am planning to develop to ensure all can achieve their highest level with the organisation with no glass ceiling for career development."
Huge congratulations, Adrian.
