Romania just made a major change to B2C e-invoicing.

The country has clarified when a transaction is considered B2C and introduced new rules for invoices issued to private individuals.

Norway moved its e-invoicing deadline earlier.

The Parliament approved mandatory B2B e-invoicing and digital bookkeeping for all bookkeeping-obligated businesses. Then it pulled the sending deadline forward a full year, from 2028 to 2027.
