@AndreaFowler13 Me too. The most gratifying thing about this entire tournament is how some smug and complacent teams have unquestionably been handed their asses.
@AndreaFowler13 Indeed. One of soccer's greatest merits is that the game is less dependent on star players in the outcome than any other. The game is won (or lost) by teams, not stars, and I think his ego cannot accept that reality.

I will say that the culture at Mastodon is really intriguing and I think this shift will be healthy in any case. I'm discovering a lot of new conversations and knowledge sharing that will be good for me.
