marriage is an incredible thing

there are plenty of days that are hard. last night my kid threw up at 1 am, had to clean things, and dry her favorite blanket and didn't get to sleep until 2:00, and i had to sleep on the couch since my beautiful wife and kid were sleeping in my bed

if you think marriage is an institution to make you happy, you are delusional. its not. it never was for that. it never is going to be that.

BUT!!! i have never been happier being married. i had to sacrifice _a lot of who i was_ to be married. I had to give up parts of myself to make a good marriage. but the result is 100x more worth it than any amount of freedom could provide

@benawad I've been mentoring friends and we dug straight into monolithic frameworks. As a product of the microservice-first tutorial generation, it felt like I learned things the hard way.

They're learning ridiculously fast and with framework tooling they're years ahead of where I was

I refuse to believe that my content was reviewed carefully or manually at all by @TeamYouTube @YouTubeCreators. Not only was one of my successful videos taken completely off the platform, it burned my one and only warning and now I'm vulnerable to strikes. Anyone able to help?
