@Ogisha175793@LegionaryTwink Giovanni Gentile wanted a form of national organization not based off civic or racial organizational, but of allegiance to an idea of the state. Much like how gay people have allegiance to an idea of being gay. Or rather the end-goal of an ideal, nation state or gender.
@Ogisha175793@LegionaryTwink Maybe I should've added context. Essentially Actual Idealism was meant to be a spiritual revolt against the typical unitary nation state of the 1930s. Gay people in general, express their gender befitting to themselves and spiritually, become on with that gender. Thus, idealists.
@Siegfried881@LegionaryTwink Oh and apologies, I should've realized how insane I might've sounded without references, here's a wiki page I made with citations to the history it's not fully finished but there's references you can check out for further research.

@Siegfried881@LegionaryTwink It's possible it was because of explicit Nazi approval of the "Myochit" (Love of Race) part which was the political wing of the Galon Fascists.
@Siegfried881@LegionaryTwink Essentially the Aryan hierarchy where they placed themselves on top. Which is really what boggles me since this technically should've ended any possible alliance due to how hell-bent on Burman supremacy they were but they sustained it either way.
@Siegfried881@LegionaryTwink Thanks for the comment! But that's the thing, the fact they allowed for an alliance with Burma is really quite totalizing in the sense their ideology was based off Burman supremacy, over the British, other ethnic groups, and any non-Burman.
@ClassicalSocdem I adore Southern Europe! Especially the still-persistent role of the Catholic Church in the face of Protestantism, mostly because I'm a Theravฤda Buddhist myself.
