This is the first time in U.S. history that there are two females on the House dais during a state of the union speech.
That's a very good thing!
I'm not saying women should run everything, but I have a hunch if they did most of our major problems would disappear.
On February 28, I paid 2.59 for gas. That's 1165 per month.
On April 30, I was paying 4.29-1930/month.
Today, I can pay 3.79-1705/month.
Since March 1, I've paid 2295 more.
Who got the $$ I paid?
Trump? No.
Iran? No.
Politicians? No.
Workers? No.
Oil companies/shareholders.
This is what nailed the Chiefs last year.
Since the Hill trade, the Mahomes/Jones split brought 3 Super Bowls and 2 titles.
But last year's Jones stepped way back. Previous Jones wins 6 of 1st 7 losses for Chiefs.
Last thought on the trade- every championship team needs a closer. You can make a case the Rams have the best closer on both sides of the ball. Down by 4- Stafford can close out the game. Up by 4-Garrett can can do the same. Elite finishers.
Perhaps, just maybe, a big city shouldn't be named the same as it's neighbor.
And for those pointing out KC was named first, it could've easily changed the name in 1861, when Kansas became a state.
About 4500 people in the city 1861.
I agree the Royals have been bad.
But I'll be curious to see where they are at the All-Star break and then again September 1.
MLB is a LONG season. Games almost every day mess with the minds of impatient people (i.e. most).
They are basically 2-3 in a NFL season.
I love how it seems all L.A. baseball fans keep supporting a "survival of the fittest" economic plan.
Why?
They think it helps the Dodgers.
Yet their city and state constantly produces politicians who hate capitalism and promote communism.
Weird, eh?
Feels like there are some small-market team fans deluded into thinking if their teams spent to the level of big-market teams they’d be in the playoffs every year.
That is…not that case!!!
A salary cap is going to make it eminently harder for any team to retain their homegrown talent. People need to be prepared for that reality if it happens in MLB.
To all the leftists who won't celebrate the nation's 250th birthday because they don't like the current president, I understand.
My first public memory is of the fireworks on TV in 1976. It was so cool!
But don't worry, 300 is in 2076. I'm sure you'll all like that president.

Want competition?
Cap it @mlb.
If this is true, good riddance.
New players will arrive over the next few years & MLB will have long-term security & competitveness.
As a KC fan, I'm certain MLB would NEVER have a dynasty based in a place like KC.
Yet the NFL, with a cap, has.
This is an embarrassing proposal. MLBPA will NEVER agree to a salary cap. It’s never going to happen.
Prepare for the lockout of the century ladies & gentlemen.
@mlb Just totally called the players' bluff.
They want more money than ever before?
Then accept the proposal.
Players as a group would make nearly 1 billion more next year than this year. Their percentage of revenue would exceed the NFL players.
This dude does know the most popular league in the US HAS a cap and it works well, right?
I know attorneys lie nonstop but dude should be disbarred for this one.
Guy broadcasting tennis just said Agassi lost in Paris in 2020, 6 years ago.
I get that people are literally hired to talk, and talk a lot on TV.
But seriously???
Completely wrong on what Trump posted - he said he WILL miss it - and yet all the comments fly right past that.
Activism on social media is just the domain of the lowest intellectual denominator.
GREEN GONE: President Trump blasted Rep. Al Green on Truth Social after the Texas Democrat lost his congressional seat, calling him “one of the most mentally deficient Congressmen in the history of our Country” and saying he would not miss Green “screaming and violently waving his cane” during future speeches.
Yes, the offense is terrible.
But seriously, how many 7th inning or later leads has the KC bullpen given up this year?
I'm pretty sure they easily in 1st place with a good bullpen.
But their bullpen is terrible and is the biggest failure of JJ over the winter.
