I don't usually make posts like this, but today, I'm asking for help on behalf of a young woman who is going through an incredibly painful loss.

Amarachi lost her beloved sister, Chisom, to childbirth on April 12, 2026. Chisom was only 24 years old. Both mother and child did not make it. 🥹

Beyond the pain of losing a loved one, the family is now facing burial expenses they simply cannot afford. They are trying to raise ₦1,500,000 to give Chisom a proper burial.
The costs include nearly ₦200,000 in mortuary fees , 618,000 naira for transporting and carrying her body through the village according to local burial requirements. Additional burial and funeral arrangements, which the family is currently unable to cover due to financial hardship

No family is ever truly prepared for the emotional and financial burden that comes with losing someone they love. Right now, the family is struggling to raise ₦1,500,000 needed to give Chisom a proper and dignified burial.
