Zimbabwean businessman Sir Wicknell Chivhayo has released invoices, payment receipts, and passport scans which he says prove that politician Temba Mliswa received a Ford Raptor from him, while also explaining why he refuses to repay a separate US$10,000 debt dating back to 2007.

According to Chivhayo, the money was initially advanced as a loan when Mliswa was in a relationship with his sister. He claimed that after realizing Mliswa would not be able to afford lobola, he decided not to pursue repayment, remarking: “That US$10,000 from 2007 you treat like it’s US$1 million.”

In a series of Instagram posts, Chivhayo shared a Croco Motors proforma invoice totaling US$1,893,500 for several vehicles, including a Ford Raptor 3.0L valued at US$107,500. He stated that after settling the invoice, Mliswa personally collected the vehicle.

The businessman also posted a scanned passport image, challenging Mliswa to deny receiving the vehicle, insisting that he would not fabricate such a claim over a Ford Raptor.

The developments have sparked widespread debate on social media, with many Zimbabweans closely following the public exchange between the two prominent figures.
