📌At this stage, his actions are making me question his state of mind.
You lose the moral high ground when activism turns into a revenue stream and political attacks become a tool for personal leverage.

I took my Doek Drive to Masvingo Province, where a sea of beautifully wrapped doeks and zambias transformed the gathering into a powerful celebration of womanhood, dignity, and cultural pride.
I will continue to honour the resilience of our women, restoring respect, unity, and shared values rooted in love for ubuntu. The doek remains a powerful symbol of identity and honour, reflecting the beauty of womanhood across generations.
This initiative is about more than clothing; it is about strengthening values, preserving culture, and uplifting ubuntu. Every woman deserves to stand tall, confident, and cherished. Together, we continue to safeguard our cultural heritage for present and future generations.
📌CAB3 is a done deal. Zimbabwe’s constitutional processes are not governed by social media commentary, political wishful thinking, or personal opinions. The relevant institutions have spoken, the necessary procedures have been followed, and the nation is moving forward.
Those still insisting otherwise are not challenging CAB3they are struggling to accept political reality. Zimbabweans are focused on development, stability, and Vision 2030, while the opposition remains trapped in narratives that have long been overtaken by events. The future is being built, and CAB3 is part of that journey.
#CAB3 is a done deal.

📌It is disappointing to see @matinyarare continue to promote conflict and division, especially when they may not have all the facts. Receiving assistance from someone should not become a basis for attacking or discrediting others.
People contribute to society in different ways, and not everyone chooses to publicize their acts of generosity. Central committee Dr. Kuda Tagwirei has positively impacted many lives, often quietly and without seeking recognition on social media. True leadership and emotional intelligence require us to appreciate that individuals have different approaches to helping others and serving their communities.
Before making judgments or spreading narratives that may fuel unnecessary tensions, it is important to seek the full picture. Let us promote constructive dialogue, respect, and unity rather than speculation and conflict.

📌Under the leadership and guidance of the ZANU PF Secretary for Youth Affairs, Hon. Tinoda Machakaire, and the Deputy Secretary for Youth Affairs, Hon. John Paradza, the Youth Caucus has achieved a significant milestone through the successful inclusion of a 10% Youth Quota in local authorities under Constitutional Amendment Bill No. 3 (#CAB3).
The provision originated from a Youth Caucus resolution that was moved in Parliament and subsequently adopted as an amendment, marking a historic step towards strengthening youth representation, participation, and inclusion in governance.
This achievement reflects ZANU PF’s unwavering commitment to empowering young people and ensuring that their voices are represented in decision-making processes at every level of leadership.

📌Contributing to the debate on #CAB3, ZANU PF Manicaland Youth League Chairperson & Youth Quota MP, Hon. @StanleySakupwa2, presented a development-centred case in support of the proposed reforms in Parliament Yesterday.
key points raised were:
1. Constitutional reform must reflect national progress
“To know where we are going is to know where we are coming from.” He noted that Zimbabwe’s constitutional evolution should support the country’s transition from Independence, Unity and Land Reform towards economic transformation and prosperity.
2. Economic development must take precedence over political polarization
“We must be intentional about economic empowerment over political polarization.” He stressed that national focus should be directed towards wealth creation, investment, and sustainable development.
3. Governance systems should promote stability and development
The proposed presidential election framework would reduce prolonged electoral disputes and uncertainties, allowing the country to move swiftly from elections to nation-building.
4. Leadership must be founded on organisation and accountability
“The Presidency should not be reduced to an office of chancers.” He maintained that aspiring leaders should demonstrate their capacity to mobilise support and effectively organise political structures before seeking the nation’s highest office.
5. Strong institutions are essential for effective governance
“Our government by nature is a structure, and it is not possible to lead this country if you as a leader do not believe in structures.” He underscored the importance of respecting institutions and organisational systems in leadership.
6. Longer governance cycles can accelerate development
“Too often our country has had to focus on election after election with less time attributed to meaningful development.” He argued that a seven-year presidential term would provide greater policy continuity and facilitate long-term planning.
7. National resources should prioritise development.
“Imagine what we would be if throughout this period we had not spent time and money on elections.” He suggested that reducing electoral expenditure would allow more resources to be directed towards infrastructure, service delivery and economic growth.
8. “With our growth trajectory and an uninterrupted seven-year cycle, we can finally dare to dream of being a high-income economy by 2050.” He expressed confidence that sustained policy implementation could significantly accelerate national development.
9. Traditional leaders should enjoy equal democratic rights. He clarified that the Bill does not compel traditional leaders to participate in politics but seeks to ensure they are not disadvantaged should they choose to exercise their constitutional rights.
10. Human rights &gender equality can be strengthened through institutional reform.
While supporting the proposed merger of the Gender Commission &Human Rights Commission, he recommended safeguards to ensure women remain adequately represented and protected within the new structure.
11.“The Constitution is a living document that must adapt to the changing times and needs of a nation.” He noted that constitutional amendments are necessary to respond to emerging national priorities and realities.
12.Drawing from Constitutional Amendment No. 2, he highlighted how reforms had enhanced youth & women’s participation in governance, demonstrating the positive role amendments can play in strengthening representation.
13. He argued that the proposed reforms align with Zimbabwe’s economic vision &provide Parliament with an opportunity to strengthen systems that support growth, stability &prosperity.
14.“This Bill will be our legacy as the 10th Parliament because it signifies our direct intent to push conversations towards nation-building rather than political hullabaloo.” He concluded by urging legislators to focus on reforms that promote national progress &economic transformation

Cde Stanley R.T.M. Sakupwanya, ZANU‑PF Youth Quota Member of Parliament, emphasized that #CAB3 does not remove citizens’ right to vote, reaffirming the “one man, one vote” principle. He explained that it instead tests the organizational strength of presidential aspirants, noting past elections with over 20 contenders, and argued that candidates must prove their ability to coordinate majority MPs as a fair measure of leadership.
CONGRATULATORY MESSAGE TO HIS EXCELLENCY THE PRESIDENT AND FIRST SECRETARY OF ZANUPF, CDE. DR. E.D. MNANGAGWA, ON ZIMBABWE'S ELECTION TO THE UNITED NATIONS SECURITY COUNCIL NON-PERMANENT SEAT
Your Excellency, the President and First Secretary of ZANUPF, Cde. Dr. E.D. Mnangagwa,
On behalf of myself personally, and in my capacity as the National Political Commissar of ZANUPF, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to Your Excellency and to the people of Zimbabwe on the nation's historic election to the United Nations Security Council for the 2027–2028 term.
Zimbabwe's overwhelming election, with 182 votes out of 191 eligible voting nations, is not merely a diplomatic success. It is a profound vote of confidence by the international community in Zimbabwe, its leadership, and its future. Such an emphatic endorsement from the family of nations reflects growing international recognition of the progress being made under your stewardship and the credibility that Zimbabwe continues to earn on the global stage.
This achievement stands as one of the clearest validations of the Second Republic's Engagement and Re-engagement Policy. When Your Excellency assumed office, you committed Zimbabwe to a path of dialogue, partnership, cooperation, and constructive engagement with the international community. Today's result demonstrates beyond doubt that this vision is yielding tangible dividends. The world has responded positively to a Zimbabwe that engages openly, contributes responsibly, and approaches international relations from a position of mutual respect and sovereign equality.
This vote represents confidence. Confidence in Zimbabwe's stability. Confidence in Zimbabwe's leadership. Confidence in Zimbabwe's foreign policy direction. Confidence in Zimbabwe's ability to contribute meaningfully to the maintenance of international peace and security.
This election is also significant because it restores Zimbabwe to one of the most important decision-making platforms in international affairs. It provides our nation with an opportunity to contribute directly to discussions on global peace, security, development, conflict prevention, and the reform of international institutions. Equally important, Zimbabwe will carry not only its own aspirations but also those of Africa and the Global South into the highest chambers of international diplomacy.
At a time when the developing world continues to advocate for a more representative and equitable international order, Zimbabwe's presence on the Security Council strengthens the African voice on matters affecting the continent and the broader international community. It is an opportunity for Zimbabwe to champion the principles of sovereignty, peaceful coexistence, non-interference in the internal affairs of other nations, and sustainable development, which have long guided our foreign policy.
This historic accomplishment would not have been possible without the dedicated efforts of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, Hon. Professor Amon Murwira. I wish to place on record my sincere appreciation for his leadership, commitment, and strategic direction throughout Zimbabwe's campaign.
I equally commend Zimbabwe's ambassadors, diplomatic missions, and the entire team within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, whose professionalism, dedication, and tireless engagement helped secure this remarkable victory for our nation.
Your Excellency, this achievement belongs to every Zimbabwean. It demonstrates that, under your leadership, Zimbabwe continues to reclaim its rightful place within the community of nations. It confirms that principled leadership, strategic diplomacy, and an unwavering commitment to national interests produce meaningful results.
As we celebrate this milestone, we remain confident that Zimbabwe will discharge its responsibilities on the United Nations Security Council with distinction, wisdom, and integrity, bringing honour not only to our nation but also to the African continent as a whole.
Congratulations, Your Excellency.
Cde. M. Machacha
National Political Commissar, ZANUPF
📌Today, the Deputy Minister of Primary and Secondary Education, Hon. Angeline Gata of Mutema Musikavanhu Constituency, commended the Bridging Gaps Foundation (BGF) for its remarkable contribution in awarding 20 scholarships to disadvantaged students pursuing Medicine and Law at the University of Zimbabwe.
The scholarships provide comprehensive support, covering tuition fees paid directly to the university, accommodation, examination costs, and a monthly allowance to assist with transport, internet access, and other essential learning needs.
Hon. Gata emphasized that this initiative is more than financial assistance; it is an investment in the future of Zimbabwe. By removing barriers to higher education, the program empowers gifted students to focus on their studies, achieve academic excellence, and prepare for professional careers that will serve the nation.
The partnership between the Ministry of Education and BGF reflects a shared vision of promoting equity, nurturing talent, and ensuring that no capable student is left behind due to financial hardship.

📌Speaking at the National Education Summit Zimbabwe 2026 in Bulawayo, ZANU PF Manicaland Youth League Chairperson and Parliamentary Youth Caucus Chairperson, Hon. Stanley R.T.M. Sakupwanya, advocated for a more inclusive and comprehensive approach to education.
He observed that while many learners do not advance through the conventional academic system, this does not diminish their value or potential. Rather, Zimbabwe should establish and strengthen alternative pathways through vocational, technical, and digital skills training.
Citing the example of mobile phone repairs, Hon. Sakupwanya underscored how numerous young people are successfully generating income through practical skills as opposed to formal academic qualifications. He emphasized the importance of addressing the digital skills gap and ensuring that youths are equipped with competencies aligned with the demands of the modern economy.
In his capacity as Youth Caucus Chairperson, he reaffirmed Parliament's commitment to advancing youth-centred policies, highlighting that a motion promoting skills development and innovation among young people had been successfully adopted by Parliament.
