@Pokemon Instead of helping, "Agent_Zenobia" sent me a final email stating they won't offer further assistance and literally threatened to remove my ability to contact support in the future if I keep messaging them. Is this how we treat players now? Absolutely unacceptable.

The package was shipped by @Pokemon but according to USPS, it could not be delivered on Feb 7th due to "force majeure" conditions in Germany. I reached out to customer support multiple times to resolve this, hoping for a replacement or a solution.

@SpenceSnapp @Simon_M_aile @PokeDuelsTikTok You can cut 4 colress + Tree, instead of these, you can play with 3 Hildas + a secret box and 1 smoochum. In this case, your deck speed slows down a bit, so until you evolve Mega Gardevoir, you can play with Smoochum and focus on gathering energy during this time.
