"Alright everybody, today we'll be learning about the stafford beer viable system model. Can you take a moment to think about how this diagram applies to your team?"
@CH_VOX Also the adrenaline from doing dangerous stuff and/or pushing yourself is the only thing I've found to be as motivating on an animalistic level as like, drinking alcohol is
I think most people hate exercise cause they suck at it. If you can manage to improve at it a bit it becomes much more fun.
Anything that takes some cardio ability does suck shit when your cardio ability sucks but it very quickly becomes much less painful with practice
@CH_VOX I won't argue against it being artificial (to the same degree any hobby with media and industry behind it is) and time consuming but I'll say that you can do a lot more outside and go more places if you are in better shape.
Basically it's just not worth it to be out of shape at all. It sucks shit and improving your fitness is 100% worth it and for most people I think it's only a boring slog for the first couple months. If you're extremely obese (rather than mildly obese like I was) it'll take longer
@lurking2472@bhangbhangducx@Hentity_NR Yeah. The fact that mainstream feminist discourse has derided masculinity (as toxic, etc) and upheld femininity shows how regressed these discussions are.
Of course, sexism debases femininity just as much (if not more) than it debases masculinity.
Some people online don't like guys like Alex Honnold and others who do dangerous stuff. They see it as immoral.
My opinion is that society should have room in it for people to engage in dangerous activities that might get them killed.
been thinking a lot about how the expectations w/r/t dating between men and women have never been greater and gender relations are at an all time low. and thatโs all iโm saying about that!!
I think it's that they've never gone outside. Also tbh, older zoomers and younger millennials had/have a similar anxiety about sex. But probably COVID and a general conservative turn (which pretends to be woke) has made the zoomers even weirder about it
