@klillington Addition to your "attractiveness" list. Advantage when competing against other locations to be European hub for these companies is time zone. From experience, 4pm-6pm (8am-10am in Pacific Time) is critical for cross-Geo work. That window cut by 50% for Amsterdam,Paris, etc.
