🔸 Local Cache for Transactions: your wallet’s transaction history is now stored directly on the device running the Cellframe Node.
Why Does It Matter?
🔸 Previously, transaction data for your wallet (and others) was stored solely in the ledger. Whenever you requested a transaction or accessed your history, the node had to process a massive amount of data from the entire blockchain. This slowed down its performance and affected network efficiency. With the ever-growing number of transactions, this issue became increasingly critical. Now, thanks to wallet caching, it’s a thing of the past.
🔸 Transaction outputs for your wallet are now stored locally, meaning the node no longer needs to sift through the entire blockchain to find relevant data.
For example, creating a transaction previously took up to 20 seconds — now it’s lightning-fast at just 200 milliseconds. Additionally, transaction history loads much quicker than before.
