@siaette When I omad I would do toast with either eggs on top or egg white bites with a bunch of fruit on the side, typically kiwi for fiber. Also with a bottle of water and peppermint tea!! It’s always 400> and is very filling and nutritious
A quarter done!! It’s not hitting me as hard as I thought it would by this point, I think the c/s really helps. I don’t if it’s breaking my ketosis, I don’t think so because I’ve lost 6lbs in 3 days
@chaervrsly I got really into nutrition!! Learning what foods actually keep you full while still being satisfying to eat is a really good way. I dropped 30 pounds in like two months, but I was also bmi 29 at the time so I lost faster
