The videos coming out of Minnesota are awful, heartbreaking, and infuriating. Alex Pretti, an ICU nurse at the VA in MN, was exercising his first and second amendment constitutional rights. His death at the hands of these ICE officers is a travesty. He should still be alive right now. There must be a transparent investigation and accountability. This senseless violence must stop.
Seeing Coach Rod getting a second chance at WVU is a great story. It’s relatable feeling the regret of leaving a job you enjoyed for a “promotion” only to find out the grass wasn’t actually greener on the other side. Really wish him the best and hope he does well back at WVU.
Those moments in real life are never fun. But learning from mistakes is the key. Thankfully I’ve had incredible support systems both professionally (partners I’ve worked for and mentors) and personally (family and friends).
Just started watching “Industry” recently and there’s been so many times it shows the same highs and lows I’ve felt while practicing law. The feeling that a mistake is the end of the world. The thrills of successes being the highest of highs.
Within the first four episodes they show two mistakes that young associates made. Without spoiling the show, I felt the despair of the characters. The fear that they were going to lose their job. That their entire life was basically crashing down.

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D) slams JD Vance for denigrating voters:
“My God, they went after ‘cat people,’ good luck with that! Turn on the internet and see what cat people do when you go after ‘em.”
“It would be funny if it wasn’t so sad.”
@Elliott_Lewis@Allegiant I remember the good ol’ days when whenever @‘ing a brand you needed to air grievances with, would result in them trying to “make things right.”
Work-life balance sounds nice, but it's an arbitrary target.
Sometimes working more is the answer. Sometimes working less is.
Don't aim for balance. Aim for harmony and congruence.
