@JacquiDeevoy1 My dad had esophagus cancer after lifelong smoking. He'd quit 5 years before that when I came back home to go through a divorce. They put him on chemo after December 2003 when it was diagnosed as spread into his lymph nodes & dead 22 yrs ago yesterday so approx. 8 months later.

One of the major problems with the "alternative media" (and really social media in general) is how often people share false information.

For the last year I've had people tag me in posts on various platforms claiming that Mexico has a digital ID or something to the effect. It's never been true but the videos have reached millions of views.

And, NOW, when the government is forced to delay their plan to register phone lines with identification, will any of those channels go back and acknowledge they were incorrect?

Of course not.
