@vickriarts I'm so sorry that we haven't been on top of this. I am checking with some other Conbust members about the exact process we need to go through to get you your refund, and will DM you as soon as we have details.
Update on refunds for artists and vendors:
We apologize for the delay in refunding artist and vendor registration fees. Artists and Vendors, be on the lookout for a form in the mail. Once you've filled out this form, you should be able to receive your refund.
On a more serious note, convention cancellations can mean significant income loss for artists, vendors, guests, and panelists. If you are able to, please consider financially supporting those who were unable to attend Conbust this year, and checking out their work online.
Are you staying home, practicing social distancing, and feeling sad you can't be at Conbust this weekend? Good news! You can still explore art, writing, podcasts, webcomics, and more from all of the awesome artists, guests, panelists, and demonstrators we originally scheduled!
We are beyond devastated to inform everyone that the dance is cancelled. Smith has asked students to leave campus, and continue classwork remotely for the rest of the semester. Thank you for your support and patience as we deal with logistics of the cancellation amid this news.
We apologize for the cancellation and late notice. Please know that we are just as frustrated and upset as you are, and that will do our best to make things right with the ways we're given.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.
