@sbarysiuk @pandadoc Found PandaDoc. Wanted api access to wire contract agreements with our system/stripe. API access had a block with a button to “enable” which when clicked went to upgrade. I upgraded. Only to find out the access was still blocked and a sales demo was required.

@sbarysiuk @pandadoc Funny thing is, if I could’ve accessed the api and liked the flow, I would’ve never found my workaround. But I did and that cost you a customer who will write 100-150 contracts a month.

@sbarysiuk @pandadoc I’ve since found a workaround. Your team could not respond fast enough (72 hours) and my build had to continue.

1. Consider that flow.
2. Rethink messaging for “enable” api/gating
3. I cancelled immediately when this was discovered and won’t be active. Would like a refund.
