I did - I wrote emails to them for 6 weeks asking for help. What else was I meant to do when you abdicated all responsibility to customer service? How can people trust you when you behave like this? I note you've not bothered apologising or accepting responsibility for ANY of your companies actions. Breathtaking betrayal of customer goodwill. This was Your own Email to paying customers. You closed all support tickets without resolving ANY enquiries by your own admission.
This is an absolutely SHOCKING response from @zavvi who have basically stopped any customer support and abdicated ALL responsibility for customer care. If they didn't loose my support last week - they've DEFINITELY lost me now. Businesses shouldn't be allowed to do this in the UK. @TSScot@CTSI_UK

@zavvi It was Order Number: 722547941 but I cancelled it after you didn't bother replying for 3 weeks and then cancelled my inquiry and emailed to say you were abdicating responsibility.

@zavvi I have spent weeks trying to get in touch with you via the customer help messaging - no one is replying and I've lost faith in your company and cancelled my orders. I thought I was doing a good thing by not supporting amazon but at least they care enough to reply.
