@PhilHs10 @DVLAgovuk The DVLA is nationwide, there is no local council involvement when it comes to untaxed cars, if they are on the public highway (including the pavement) the DVLA (actually their authorised contractors) will legally clamp and fine you, ultimately taking and crushing if not paid.
