*EXCITING NEWS*
Next Tuesday (20th March) we are starting a new Zumba Class at 4.30pm. It's for all ages and abilities. Your first class will be £2.50 so come and give it a go - just turn up on the day!!

We are looking for help...we run a Volunteer Car Driving service which helps people to attend medical appointments - this has become so popular that we are desperate for some extra drivers - so if you could spare a couple of hours here and there PLEASE get in touch on 812392
