I do the opposite of almost everything the “experts” tell me.
I eat eggs every day.
I eat fatty red meat and bacon.
I cook with real butter.
I salt my food.
I eat liver.
I avoid seed oils.
I don’t buy low fat products.
I don’t count calories.
I eat until I’m full.
I don’t snack.
And yes, my LDL cholesterol is high.
Apparently that alone is supposed to terrify me.
Never mind that my triglycerides are low.
Or that my HDL is high.
And my blood sugar is better than when I followed the “balanced diet” advice.
One number goes up and suddenly I’m treated like a ticking time bomb.
That logic makes less sense to me the deeper I look into cholesterol.
LDL is not “bad cholesterol.”
Your body literally makes cholesterol on purpose.
It uses LDL to transport energy, hormones, fat soluble nutrients and repair materials around the body.
When you eat low carb and burn more fat for fuel, lipid transport changes. Of course it does.
But instead of asking why LDL changed, the entire conversation becomes fear.
Statin.
Low fat diet.
Eat the carbs.
Avoid the red meat.
Meanwhile people following the official advice are more overweight, more diabetic, more inflamed and more medicated than ever before.
That should raise more questions than my LDL number.
I genuinely think the cholesterol story people were given is one of the biggest health scares ever sold to the public.
Have you had your LDL and triglycerides checked lately?
For years I believed I should trim the fat off the meat, butter was fattening and the plant oils were “heart healthy”.
Turns out I was following advice that was never proven to make people live longer. Dietitians and doctors pushed it for fifty years, and still do.
The fear started with cholesterol.
Saturated fat then got blamed because it can raise LDL in the blood by changing how the liver clears it.
That was enough.
LDL went up, so saturated fat must be bad.
But when saturated fat was actually put on trial, cholesterol fell. People did not live longer.
That is the bit nobody seems keen to talk about.
The Sydney Diet Heart Study lowered cholesterol and got worse outcomes in the group replacing saturated fat with linoleic acid rich oils.
The Minnesota Coronary Experiment lowered cholesterol too. No mortality benefit.
So yes, the number moved but the outcome did not.
And the number they were so desperate to lower happens to be essential. Your body makes cholesterol on purpose because it needs it to build hormones, hold cell membranes together, make bile acids and vitamin D, and support the brain and myelin.
Think about how many women have felt guilty for eating butter.
Decades of fear over a traditional food because it moved one marker on a lab report.
Do you still worry about your LDL number?
@SamaHoole Love it. Everything in/as the world that's manifested is in fact; a WASTE PRODUCT. It's what's left over when form (vibratory rate) has embedded into eternity. Everything here is DEAD. Only Life returns to Life. Image; Dan Winter's successful dying:
Thirty seven-year-olds came to Gerald's farm on a Tuesday, and the thank-you letter turned up the following week, written by the whole class in the careful hand of a teacher transcribing thirty opinions at once.
It read, in the parts the farmer has pinned to the barn wall.
Dear Farmer,
Thank you for letting us meet Gerald. Gerald is very big. Gerald did not do anything the whole time and we thought this was brilliant.
Things we learned:
- Gerald eats grass and only grass and it turns into a cow. Nobody knew that.
- The field is too steep and bumpy to grow our food on, so Gerald grows the food by being the food.
- The flowers in the corner are there because Gerald eats the other plants. We counted seven. Aisha said eight but one was a weed so it does not count.
- Cow burps are not the same as car smoke. Miss told us twice.
- Gerald did the biggest poo any of us have ever seen. This was everyone's favourite part.
We asked if Gerald was lonely and you said he has the whole field. Liam thinks Gerald is a genius. Liam also thinks Gerald could beat a shark, so we are not sure about Liam.
Callum asked if we could keep him. You said no. Callum asked where he would sleep. You still said no.
From Class 3.
P.S. Is Gerald famous? Erin's nan follows him on her phone. Ryan has a t-shirt with Gerald's face on it off the internet. Ryan says Gerald has more followers than our whole school. We asked what Gerald posts and you said nothing, he just stands there, and Ryan said that is the whole point.
The farmer pinned it up next to the feed records.
Gerald, who does not know he is on a t-shirt, or a phone, or the subject of thirty formal opinions and one accusation of genius, was in the south corner.
The south corner had, by Class 3's count, either seven or eight wildflower species.
Gerald was working on the ninth.
@SamaHoole Question Sama please; I described my carnivore diet to someone yesterday. They came back with; "but eating so much fat will give you heart disease". I disagreed but didn't have the info/words to back it up! What's your answer to fat= heart disease. Thanks.
@SamaHoole@fubots77u7 EXACTLY! 💯 I grew up with northern UK (ancient Lancashire) diet; tater ash, barley broth, lots of offal, beef dripping sandwiches. I forgot this. Our health suffered. Began eating it again; chronic health conditions all gone. Not rocket science.
@Skyapple60@SamaHoole 🙌💥💪 Ty for sharing. I've 3 children. 1 is dead. 1 is very poorly. With my last child I'd woken up and did things different; not vaccinated, ancient diet. He's taller than EVERYONE in the family! He's an athlete; robust health. Proof is in the pudding!
The World Bank ranked every country on earth for practical solar potential.
Britain came second from bottom. Not second from bottom in Europe. On the planet. Out of everywhere they measured, the only place with worse conditions for a solar panel is Ireland. Norway is above us. Norway, where the sun clocks off entirely for part of the year, is a better bet than Lincolnshire.
The reasons are not a mystery. We sit at 53 degrees north, the same line as Edmonton, Alberta. The sun in December gets about as high as a first-floor window and then thinks better of it. And there's the cloud, which is not a detail, it is the national personality. A square metre of London gets 0.52 kilowatt hours of sunlight a day in December and 4.74 in July, so the panel does nine times less work in the month your heating is on than in the month it isn't. Across the whole of 2024, British solar ran at 9.5% of what it's rated at. The other 90.5% is a photograph of a power station.
Now the other column.
The ground we're bolting it to is Trent valley silt and Lincolnshire fen. Some of it took three hundred years to drain. It grows wheat at yields that most of the planet cannot get near, in a climate so reliably damp that grass grows here without anyone asking it to, which is the entire reason this island has cattle and cheese and a butcher.
So we are, measurably, one of the worst places on earth for sunlight and one of the best on earth for food.
And we've had a good long look at both of those numbers and gone with sunlight.
Somewhere in Namibia, which the same report ranked first, there is a patch of absolutely nothing, in full sun, wondering what it did wrong.
@LuckyLuke369@SamaHoole Thanks for this. I have a hankering for the Balkan coast. Been looking at Slovenia and Croatia for my hubby and I for our early retirement adventure. If the olive oil is as good as you say; a visit is definitely in order!
I'm carnivore for the animals.
I'm aware of how that sounds. Give me thirty seconds.
One grass-fed cow spends its life doing precisely what a cow evolved to do, standing on a Welsh hillside eating grass off land that will never grow anything else, and then it dies once. That single death feeds a person for the better part of a year. One animal, one death, a few hundred dinners.
Now look at the field of wheat that got sold to you as the gentle, bloodless choice. Something lived where that field is before it was a field. Clearing the ground evicted it. Planting it took the hedgerows and the habitat. Keeping it alive meant the pesticides and the rodenticides. Harvesting it meant a combine moving through the crop while the field mice, the voles, the ground-nesting chicks, the rabbits and the toads were still in it. Nobody tallies that lot. Nobody films it. There is no body count printed on the bag of flour.
The grazing cow is the one death you can see, so it's the one death you flinch at. The wheat field is the quiet, mechanical massacre you were taught to call kind, because the casualties are small, numerous, and tidily out of shot.
I won't pretend nothing dies for my plate. Something dies for everyone's plate, the vegan's very much included. I've simply done the sums on which plate carries the longer list of bodies, and the cow on a hillside that grows nothing but grass wins it comfortably.
If you truly eat the way you eat for the animals' sake, a grass-fed cow ought to be the easiest argument anyone's ever put in front of you.
I think the whole calories in, calories out idea is a scam created by the diet food industry.
I don’t know how many calories are in this meal because it doesn’t have a label, a barcode, or a list of 100 ingredients.
It’s just beef, fat, salt and gelatin.
My body knows when it has enough nutrients. It doesn’t need to count anything.
If I’m hungry still hungry, I’ll eat.
If I’m not, I won’t.
And with calories out, I’m not trying to count how many calories I’m burning either.
We should just be moving more. Walking, stretching, lifting heavy things.
That’s it. Humans somehow managed that for a very long time before food turned into maths homework.
Most food in the food system ISN'T ACTUALLY FOOD. It's toxic compounds designed to turn humans into hosts for demonic programmes.
Even so-called "health/plant food" is designed to poison us.
The film "The Mist" based on Stephen King's book touches on this theme whereby the demonic is being manifested/embodied. A portal is opened and harmful ideologies/energies can pass through the vulnerability.
Conversely, in the same way, the angelic can also be embodied. We humans ARE AT CHOICE as to which. The mechanism of this free will is via ACTION; we are what we DO. This is the cosmic karmic process that exists at/as this cycle.
A simple, fundamental level of choice that we can exercise is simply to eat foods that we were originally designed to eat ie an ancestral indigenous diet.
Choose wisely. Not only your human life cycle.. but your Soul evolution depends on it.
