@GregFitzShow Considering that you dress like a Little Rascal, I'm inclined to believe you're still in the closet Greg. Keep holding that position though! We love you!
@PureReluctance@I_AM_WILDCAT No that analogy would work perfectly when considering that 90% of the time the cop will call an admin and have you banned for GTA driving in GTA.
That question couldn't be answered honestly by even a Muslim. The problem with Islam is that it contains pantheonic sects that each believe their way of living is "the true way." Every Muslim will tell you that there is only one way to read, one way to act, one way to worship. But that is simply untrue. An "extremist" by your definition would likely believe that YOU are not a true Muslim. So congrats man. You're just a Christian who was 500 years too late.
@PureReluctance@I_AM_WILDCAT No, I described video games with fun police. How would you feel if during your first run of E33 there was a guy sitting next to you pausing the game every 30 seconds telling you what you're doing wrong and what direction you should be moving in?
@CaptVickyMiller@harperlee789 Imagine being so mentally ill that you have to make up an identity for OTHER people then make fun of them for it. Keep your disgusting self away from civil society, okay sir?
@nickshirleyy It's because a lot of the "programs" that receive funding from federal and the state have historically been bloated. They're limited to a restrictive budget that will shrink if they don't use every penny, so they line their pockets and continue hiring to expand the budget!
Thank you for your input my guy! Blanket statements are a great way to open the door to discussions like this, though id have to argue that it carried on due to your inability to read my initial post fully. You did, afterall, reply twice asking how I felt about women in particular, when I made no comment targeting women in the first place. I'm glad you recognized your mistake and are willing to move on, though.
Nice use of the word obfuscating! A little unnecessary but I can dig it. The reason why I bring up other people is because the core of my argument is about ALL people. I don't HAVE to view friendships the same way as you. Asexual people would see the requirement of sex in their relationships as an immediate deal breaker. That's not a bad thing, its a personal choice.
@violetVeracity@cosy_love_ If sex were an inpotant or fundamental aspect of how I feel connected to people, sure, why not. When pushed to the opposite end of the spectrum, your all-or-nothing way of thinking has zero foundation. Unless you'd like to argue that asexual people don't exist?
Ah, so again, you failed to recognize the core argument I presented. So the word I used was "sex." There are instances of both sexes benefitting over the other. Throughout history men have had near total control in their relationships. Your counter assumes that I targeted any one in particular. I get that you'd have a point based on inference, but that requires a LOOOOOT of assumption.
To answer, I think women view friendships in every way that friendships can exist. It's kind of a moronic question (again, no offence to you) to ask how I think an entire group of people feel, when those people are all explicitly unique in their characteristics and experiences. Id be more than happy to describe how I view friendships though. I think it's a lot about give and take (transactional, as I said). That give and take can go a little too far though, and it can create an unhealthy imbalance. THATS what I was trying to say my man
