i know there's only like thirty nerds in the world that can appreciate this, but zegs eggs contract is kind of art in itself

let me clarify regarding the pruning:
even if you didnt participate in the egg hunt you are still probably fine. names getting pruned will largely be ones that have become inactive due to bad market conditions RIP🪦

closing thoughts:

natives list needs to be pruned as we've lost at least 20% of the audience since last year

egg holders will get a spot on the list. possibly a raffle for hunt participants

natives is much bigger in scale and complexity. not sure if that is good or bad yet. i'm ready to finish it though

zeg's eggs is a relatively simple project with the intention of showing people there is more than flipping memecoins and hot potatoing NFTs. it's perfectly fine to do those things but crypto interest will slowly die if it doesnt evolve past them. the only fun part about those things is that you can sometimes make money

overall, i'm glad people seemed to enjoy it, even if they didnt find an egg. there's also some annoyed people who bought without knowing what it was. i do regret that it wasnt more clear but there were many warnings on the site. i'm not really sure how to design around people expecting the same boring pfp thing when my goal is always to give people something different/new.

i'm open to feedback, both positive and negative. please leave below the thread. it was never my intention to "trick" people into hunting. it should be relatively clear that there would have been plenty of demand even without the people who felt that way

• is natives still going to come out? yes. i was stuck and thought making something simple could help me break out
• how much is mint? you can't mint, but the cost to go on the hunt is 0.011e (mainnet)
• how do i get on the whitelist? no whitelist. fcfs, max of 1111 hunters
• when is launch? hoped for today but looking more like tomorrow now. still testing and tweaking design slightly. TBA
