Concur Biophotonics has enrolled the first prostate patients in its ongoing SENSE clinical study at @providence Mission Hospital and @OCUrologyAssoc.
The study now expands beyond current Robot Assisted Bronchoscopies (RAB) and Trans-Thoracic needle, liver & kidney biopsies into MRI Fusion prostate biopsy procedures; all leveraging Concur’s Real-Time ESSAI® tissue classification platform to enable real-time tissue sensing and differentiation during interventional procedures.
The prostate study is led by Dr. Daniel Su, urologic oncology surgeon and Chief Medical Officer at @OCUrologyAssoc.
A meaningful step forward in expanding real-time optical tissue classification across interventional procedures in multiple specialties.
