@AviancaEscucha YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, I literally just booked a flight, after receiving confirmation, noticed I made a mistake! Trying to change flight and you want to charge a Penalty, I literally called minutes after receiving the confirmation and noticing mistake

@AviancaEscucha You are wrong. That’s ok,there is plenty of competition building up in Colombia. You don’t nickel and dime people who literally made a MISTAKE and called to change within minutes. It’s all data at this point which is nothing. Thanks again, for NOTHING.
