I hope the appropriate authorities are on her case.

N-400 ( citizenship) will ask “Have you ever committed, assisted in committing, or attempted to commit a crime or offense for which you were not arrested?”

Green card asks “Lying or omitting information can result in denial, even if the incident was minor or expunged”
Based on immigration law she’s subject for deportation and removal from the United States.
