These past few days, I've noticed a lot of my female mutuals and other women on the timeline complaining about unusually painful cramps, back pain, and all the "my period is trying to kill me" tweets 😅
It got me wondering why menstrual symptoms are different for each month, so I decided to do a little research on the matter.
Apparently, weather and seasonal changes can seriously impact the menstrual cycle than most of us realize, especially here in Nigeria. Heat, Harmattan, and even this rainy season can all influence how symptoms show up.
I put everything I learned into one article on Google docs:

'Expansiate' is not an English word, by the way. Many people, even teachers, use it this way. It is actually: 'Expatiate'.
That misspelling comes from your mispronunciation.
