@shakiti_bobo_ @Alpha_Yom Terrazzo is junior brother to concrete polished floor. Terrazzo is quite rugged and last longer than tiles but if you want terrazzo with class, go for concrete polished floor.

@Alpha_Yom Most people are following trend and fashion for tiles, in terms of cost and maintenance, terrazzo is cheaper to some tiles, but cheap tiles is cheaper to terrazzo. Terrazzo is a very good and rugged flooring, it last longer than most new and innovative flooring we have now.

If you have land in Lagos and you haven't perfected your title, you will now pay more to do that. Every of your land transaction levies in Lagos will now reflect the market value because the government has increased the fee by about 300%

So your normal land charting will now cost more, govenor’s consent, stamp duties will all cost more.

If you have previously processed governor’s consent in Lekki 1 for say 10M, now, you're looking at 40M+ in this new directory. Could go as high as 100M+ in Ikoyi and VI. Let's say your land is worth about 10 billion, imagine for a second what you need to pay to perfect the title. But congratulations if you already perfected it before now.

The government is saying that your land has greatly appreciated and statutory charges should reflect the value of the land

This is not a rich man’s problem only, even your land in Ikorodu will be affected but you may not even know because many people on the mainland don't perfect their titles.

Meanwhile, don't refuse to do land registration because of this. As you're buying your land, do your registered survey instantly if you have the money.
