@picturepositive But it’s so wrong. I work in physical healthcare and over the years I’ve had to pull a number of staff aside regarding SM posts, get them deleted and then deal with the issue of professionalism.
Always the greater risk that the person can identify themselves from the posts !

@picturepositive Tbh it’s highly unprofessional and regardless of their rant, the reasons for, whether it could seem valid or not, they should be reported to their organisation.
There is enough stigma about MH services without making it worse by causing those who need help to lose confidence!

Unfortunately we can’t change the things of the past, all we can do is hope to move forward using the experiences like stepping stones to where we want to be.
