@Aspiration@AndreiCherny you have failed as a company. For weeks now, no one has attempted to solve my problem in your app-I have been completely unable to deposit checks. And unable to reach a customer service agent via phone and the people over email haven’t helped

I guess this is one huge downside to trusting an online-only bank. I am going to have no choice but to switch banks.😕

But they make sure to have employees tweet out promotions and the CEO @AndreiCherny does nothing to reassure customers. Don’t do it-stay away from Aspiration Bank
Oh no, your money won’t go to fund extreme projects, because you won’t have any money! Here at Aspiration bank, we will take your money and not give you any access! If you try to call us and ask what is going on, we will shut down our phone system for weeks!!

If you've ever considered @Aspiration bank, just don't. Scamsters, don't respond and no access to money for days now. Had no debit card for well over 6 weeks, until yesterday
Maybe they were great at some point, but @Aspiration is no longer a trustworthy establishment. For weeks now, there has been no way to contact customer service! People are having issues of money not being in their account, but there is no one that they can reach at the bank
Do some research. @Aspiration bank has gone off the grid. There is no way to call and talk to customer support anymore. There are customers that didn’t get their last direct deposit for whatever reason, and now the bank isn’t answering to fix said problem.

@RadiusBank used to be the bank behind @Aspiration until about a month ago. Since that has changed, @Aspiration has fallen apart! There is no way to get through to customer service. People are missing money from their accounts and can’t even talk to someone from the bank about it
Maybe you should start rethinking your recommendation. For the past 2 weeks, they have not answered any customer support phone calls. Customers are not getting their direct deposits. The bank doesn’t respond to support emails. The app is blocking deposits.
