Did 3 site visits around London today on motorbike, very convenient using the shared bus bike and cycle lanes through @lb_southwark . At 20mph these seem safe for bikers and cyclists but how do cyclists view sharing them with bikes and scooters ?

What I learnt on Day 1 #futurebuild : hot water cylinder manufacturers have no interest in upgrading insulation as “house builders are not asking for it”. 50mm has not improved in 20 years.

Our second Passivhaus Plus got planning permission last night at committee, Canterbury CC finally supported despite putting every conceivable barrier in the way.
Rather than being delighted we and client are just exhausted. Good news ultimately #passivhaus
