@mdsirajofficial You got to compliment @airindia for consistency! They are consistently bad…old planes, atrocious maintenance and non-existent customer service…perfect blend for your “safar” (read suffer)😊…if not for the timings won’t be booking them in the first place
@ICICIBank_Care@ICICIBank What did you do with the “private message” ? Even though all details are provided no one made the effort to reach out. Terrible. Change the name from customer service to customer disservice
@ICICIBank_Care@ICICIBank such horrendous fastag service..receiving message that fastag will be hotlisted. Trying to do KYC but website doesn’t work. Customer care numbers doesn’t work and neither do email!! How can a customer reach you ?
vividly rmbr wen I hrd that Tata’s bght @airindia , I tght at least now we’ll hv planes n services befitting of a ntnl carrier bt the euphoria was short-lived. 4yrs later it’s bad…5.3hrs flight by no screen, power switches n wifi that dsn’t work, seats that won’t recline!
@BluSmartIndia initial euphoria seems to fizzle out. Not only they are expensive compared to Uber but service levels are taking a hit too. Second cancelled ride due to faulty vehicle; what’s the point booking 12 hours before ?
My father left his wallet on train and for a moment it felt like a lost cause but we’re pleasantly surprised when TTE Mr Vikram called and suggested us to collect the same from NDLS stn next morning. When we reached we had the pleasure of meeting Mr Vikram and @Rakesh271966 1/3
Station director NDLS. Such thorough gentlemen! Not only they returned the wallet but they took time to chat with us and reimpose our faith in humanity and integrity. People like Shri Rakesh Sharma and Mr Vikram go beyond their scope of duty. Kudos to Indian railways 2/3
